Lego owner to buy Madame Tussauds, Alton Towers and Thorpe Park in £5.9bn deal
Merlin Entertainment - which runs theme parks and attractions across the UK and beyond - has been bought buy Lego's owner with a little help from private equity firms Blackstone and CPPIB
